Features

A website, a roster, and a place for the people behind both.

Firehall is a volunteer organization website platform with a longer horizon: membership administration and firefighter certification tracking, designed so they belong together. Status labels tell you what is designed for launch, what is in development, and what is still coming soon.

Designed for launch

Your department's online home

Every organization can establish a recognizable Firehall address and publish news, events, recruitment information, and community updates.

Think of a public station house on the web: a place residents already know how to find, with a short address like firehall.io/station25. Officers and authorized members update pages without wrestling an aging CMS.

In development

Your people, connected

Invite members to join your organization using their own personal Firehall accounts.

New recruits, life members, and career staff keep one identity. Your organization decides who belongs, what they can edit, and how they appear on the public site.

Coming soon

Certifications that travel with you

Members maintain personal credential portfolios that can be shared with authorized organizations, reducing duplicate paperwork.

CPR cards, firefighter certifications, EMS licenses, and driving records stay with the person. Sharing is explicit. Departments are never forced to accept a document they have not reviewed.

Designed for launch

Made for the community

Help residents discover departments, support fundraisers, attend events, and learn about volunteer opportunities.

Pancake breakfasts, open houses, smoke-alarm programs, and membership drives deserve the same care as a call. Firehall gives the public a calm, current place to find you.

Designed for launch

Built for every size department

Whether a small rural volunteer company or a larger EMS organization, Firehall is approachable and flexible.

A two-bay company should not need an IT committee. A municipal department should not feel boxed into a hobbyist tool. The same platform is meant to flex without talking down to either.

In development

Easy to manage

Give authorized members straightforward tools for updating content and managing organizational information.

The people who already run the hall — chiefs, captains, ambulance captains, secretaries, and web volunteers — should be able to publish a snow-emergency notice without calling a vendor.

What Firehall is not

  • Not a dispatch system, CAD, or radio replacement.
  • Not a state training registry or an automatic verifier of certifications.
  • Not a generic website template with a fire hydrant clip-art header.
  • Not a member dashboard on this marketing site — those tools belong at manager.firehall.io.

Starting a department?

Create an organization for your fire company, EMS agency, or rescue squad. If you only need a login of your own — to join halls with a code — create a personal account instead. Those are two different steps.
