EMS & ambulance

Ambulance companies deserve a home that looks as ready as the crew.

Volunteer ambulance associations, commercial-adjacent nonprofits, and municipal EMS agencies all need a public face residents trust — and a membership model that understands dual-hatted providers.

Volunteer ambulance companies

Duty-crew sign-ups, blood-drive partners, membership drives, and a clear “how to ride” page. Firehall treats ambulance companies as first-class organizations, not a fire-department add-on.

Clinical credentials, carried by the person

EMT and paramedic cards, CPR, emergency vehicle operator records — designed to live on a personal portfolio and be shared with authorized agencies. Coming soon, and never auto-accepted in place of your medical director’s rules.

Training organizations

Publish course calendars and instructor notes while students keep their own Firehall accounts. Firehall is not a state EMS office and will not pretend to be one.

Coverage the public can understand

Residents rarely know whether an ambulance is volunteer, municipal, or contracted. A Firehall site can explain who you are, how to support you, and how to join — in language that is calm on a hard day.

Starting a department?

Create an organization for your fire company, EMS agency, or rescue squad. If you only need a login of your own — to join halls with a code — create a personal account instead. Those are two different steps.
