For officers and administrators
You choose the Firehall address, control who can publish, and keep the public story current. Membership tools and credential workflows will arrive in the application as they are ready — labeled honestly along the way.
How it works
The path is the same for a rural volunteer fire company and a larger ambulance association: claim an address, make it yours, bring the crew, and keep the public in the loop.
Create an organization profile and choose your unique Firehall address. That address becomes the public front door for your company, department, or squad.
Customize your public website with branding, photos, apparatus, officers, and the community information people already ask you for.
Invite members through secure links. They use a personal Firehall account instead of creating a separate login for every department they serve.
Manage your organization’s online presence and, as additional tools launch, its membership and credentials from the same home.

You keep one personal account. When a company invites you, you join it. You do not open a new inbox for every hall, and you decide which credentials to share.
Personal Firehall account
One login for the person — independent of any single department. Credentials stay with this profile until they are shared.

Each organization manages its own membership, roles, and internal records. Members control what personal credentials they share. Departments still decide what they accept.
Create an organization for your fire company, EMS agency, or rescue squad. If you only need a login of your own — to join halls with a code — create a personal account instead. Those are two different steps.
