Feature lists describe the intended product. Labels such as “planned” mean the capability is not shipping on day one.
Stripe (or another processor) can be connected later using each plan’s id and stripePriceId fields in this file.

Billing, later — not pretend checkout now

This page is structured for a future Stripe (or similar) integration: each plan has a stable id, an optional stripePriceId, and numeric amounts when prices exist. Until then, calls to action open the Firehall application URLs configured in src/lib/config/app-urls.ts. There is no local payment form and no fake “subscribe” flow on this website.

Is Firehall free?

A Community plan is planned to be free so that budget should not be the reason a company lacks a respectable online home. Enhanced Station and Station Pro plans will be paid once those features and prices are announced. Nothing is for sale on this website today.

How do we get started?

There are two different starting points. Create an account if you need a personal login — it does not start a department, and you join halls with a one-time code from an officer. Create an organization if you are standing up a Firehall for your fire company, EMS agency, or rescue squad. Both happen on manager.firehall.io; this marketing site does not create accounts by itself.

Is Firehall available right now?

The public marketing site you are on is live. Organization accounts are created at manager.firehall.io. Each department’s public page is live at an address such as firehall.io/station25 as soon as the organization is created — no extra DNS or hosting setup. We label planned capabilities clearly so we never confuse a vision with a shipped product.

Starting a department?

Create an organization for your fire company, EMS agency, or rescue squad. If you only need a login of your own — to join halls with a code — create a personal account instead. Those are two different steps.
