Privacy Policy

This page is a draft placeholder. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before Firehall is offered to the public as a live service.

Draft — legal review required. Do not treat the following as an operative privacy policy. Replace this content after counsel reviews data practices for firehall.io, manager.firehall.io, and organization sites.

What this marketing website collects

The public site at firehall.io is designed to be a static website. It does not include an account system, and it should not collect passwords or membership records. Standard web logs on a host (such as IP addresses in server logs) may still exist at the hosting provider.

What the future application may collect

When you create an account at manager.firehall.io, Firehall may process account information, organization profiles, and — if members choose to upload them — credential documents. Those practices will be described in a revised policy. This draft does not authorize any particular processing.

Cookies and analytics

This marketing website does not currently load a third-party analytics or advertising pixel. If that changes, this policy must change first.

Children

Firehall is intended for organizations and adult administrators. Junior-member programs may be described publicly; any collection of information about minors in a future application requires separate legal review.

Contact

A privacy contact has not been designated. See the Contact page for the current public channels, if any.
